Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file for cancellations with in 2 hours of your scheduled service . Please note that if it’s within two hours you will need to contact me directly through my work line in order to cancel, through text or call. Please do not email . A reschedule to another date does count as a cancellation because you are canceling the appointment for that day and the appt can not be filled within that timeframe. If you do not show up to an appointment 100% fee is collected .If you are running over 15 minutes late for a service and can no longer be accommodated it does count as a cancellation and 50% will be applied .
